Is It Safe to Pay on Cyyde?

Yes. Cyyde.com is hosted on Shopify and uses HTTPS/TLS encryption to help protect information transmitted between your browser and our website.

Payment details are processed securely by Shopify and the relevant payment provider. Cyyde does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own servers.

How Do I Choose a Payment Method?

Add your selected products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

The payment methods available for your order will be displayed on the checkout page. Select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions provided by the payment provider.

Will I Receive a Payment Confirmation?

After your payment has been successfully processed, Cyyde will send an order confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.

Your payment provider may also send a separate payment confirmation or transaction notification.

Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.

The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at checkout when you place the order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Taxes and Additional Charges

Applicable taxes and other charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges are explained in our Shipping Policy and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Cyyde does not charge membership fees. We will not charge recurring fees unless you have clearly agreed to a separate service.
